The standig individually villa, built in 2008 is modern furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the sunny and secluded location. This property is a family-friendly accomodation. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Medulin. The villa is located on a closed garden plot with meadow, bushes and trees, limited by a fence, a hedce and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.
