Description
Holiday flat in a very good location, close to the promenade and the beach (50 m), all shops and the coastal tram (100 m).
The flat has a pleasant living space with living room and kitchen. Beautiful terrace with sea view. All modern amenities are present (TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, fridge, cooker, combi oven...).
There are 2 bedrooms: 1 room with a double bed and 1 room with a bunk bed and an extra single bed.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double sink. There is a separate toilet. Spacious storage room.
The flat is always rented with garage box (100m from the flat) and final cleaning.
Bed linen can be rented through the cleaning service.
Small and medium sized dogs are allowed - maximum 2. No smoking.
Conditions:
50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
1 month before arrival, the balance of the reservation plus a deposit of 150.00 euros must be paid.
After checking the flat and if no damage has occurred, the deposit will be fully refunded.
The instructions for access to the flat and the garage box will be sent by e-mail 1-2 days before arrival.
