Our holiday home has an open-plan kitchen/living room, a bathroom with tub and a living room with open fireplace, as well as two twin bedrooms on the ground floor and an open gallery with a double bed.
The central location of 'Sunpark Oostduinkerke' also offers the ideal starting point for excursions of all kinds.

Great family, great holiday
After some back and forth, it turned out that the landlord is a really accommodating and responsible guy. I was really surprised. I don't feel so well looked after at various hotels
The house is in the green and the location is dreamy. we will be back and are already looking forward to it

Rarely have we had such a carefree time
Actually, we only wanted to stay for a weekend. But after consulting the landlord, we stayed longer because of the good weather and the good atmosphere. I can recommend the house. The rental and arrival were uncomplicated and practical. For us, ideal conditions to spend a relaxed holiday.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit
The house is functionally furnished and offers enough space. However, you really can't complain about the value for money, and the landlords are quite friendly. I wouldn't go there without a car.

We stayed in the house over Christmas and New Year, and although we initially felt a bit chilly, the large fireplace quickly heated the house, so we quickly felt comfortable. The peace and seclusion were very beneficial for our family in winter. I would go back to the house.

Oh...
That was cool. Talked to the landlord on Thursday afternoon. Picked up the key in the afternoon, then spent a delightful weekend from Thursday evening until Sunday morning. Price/service is great for this region, so definitely recommended for us.

We found it cosy
The house is beautifully located in Sunpark and you can reach the beach in 20 minutes on foot. The equipment of the house is complete and functional. We didn't miss anything
We arrived relatively early and met the cleaning service at work, so everything was well maintained
We have already made an appointment for next summer and are very much looking forward to it

Hmmm….
The house was very, very dusty. Contact before arrival repeatedly, but unfortunately cannot be reached afterwards, and the deposit has still not been returned, despite multiple requests.

Das Haus wurde kurz vor Ihrer Anmietung vermietet und auch gereinigt. Ihre zugesandten Fotos bestätigen, dass es nicht 'sehr sehr staubig' war. Aufgrund Ihrer vorgezogenen Abreise haben wir die Kaution bis zum Ende der Mietdauer einbehalten, da Sie schließlich auch den Schlüssel behalten haben.
Ihren Ruf nach Anwalt und Gericht haben Sie glücklicherweise nicht weiter verfolgt.

A place for a relaxing time
We were there for 2 weeks with our daughter and our pelt-nose and really enjoyed our time. The weather was not so nice, so we cooked more and spent time together in front of the fireplace
Our daughter loved the swimming pool and could hardly get down from the playgrounds even in the rain. We would love to come back!

The house was very, very dusty, so you have to clean it first...
The contact until the payment went well, received the key one day before departure.
Unfortunately, you can't reach anyone afterwards and the deposit still hasn't been returned.

We had a really great time. Thank you for the last-minute rental opportunity. The house has 6 full beds and a great fireplace for making fires in the evening. We had a great time at the beach and in the dunes and will contact you again as soon as we can.

You will not find a particularly clean house. You have to clean the house yourself first. Especially the bedroom in the gallery, directly under the roof, is very dusty.
We were there with 3 children. If you only use the holiday home for sleeping and just to eat something, it's okay.
The house is equipped with old furniture and the mattresses are not clean.
It was okay, as we were almost always on the go. But I wouldn't want to go there again! The price was affordable for the holiday season. But nice is different for me. Since the house is in a Sunpark, luckily there are opportunities to do activities outside the house even in bad weather.

Great short trip
We booked the house at short notice and picked up the key personally
The house is located in a very nice holiday complex with swimming pool, lake and restaurant.
The way to the lake takes about 15min by foot and we could use the bikes of the owner. We were very happy and felt extremely comfortable.
The highlight was definitely the beautiful large fireplace and the large gallery in the house.

The holiday home has functional and somewhat outdated furniture. The mattresses are good and clean. The house is relatively dark due to the furniture. There is no proper terrace/terrace door; only the front door. The garden is large with a lawn but somewhat barren as there are no flowers. The house has a convenient location near the Sunpark reception restaurant. The beach is quite far by foot, around a 15-20 minute walk. Shopping options in the overpriced Sunpark supermarket. Lidl, Aldi, and similar stores are only reachable by car. In the park itself, there are many opportunities but not quite cheap. For example, bowling, paddle boats on the lake, overall the facility is beautiful, but unfortunately, it was too far from the beach/center for shopping for us.

Unfortunately a disappointment
The house is located in a holiday park with several hundred small houses and has a small garden. Although there are six beds, it is fully occupied with a maximum of four people. The beach is about 3 km away.
Contact with the landlords is very difficult as their phone is always turned off. Initially, our travel dates were changed in the contract sent without consultation. After transferring the money, we had to worry about receiving the key until shortly before the trip started. Then the house was not cleaned as agreed beforehand. My wife and I took care of that. After returning the house keys, I have been waiting for the deposit refund for a month now. All in all, a disappointing experience.

Great house, great location
Hello Stollwerk family,
Thank you for the wonderful days in your beautiful holiday home and for the trust. The dogs and I felt very comfortable and found a true paradise!!!! Cozy by the fireplace in the evenings and out on the beach in beautiful weather during the day, simply TOP!!! That was true relaxation, just feeling good ;-) Amazing that it can be so beautiful.
