Our holiday home has an open-plan kitchen/living room, a bathroom with tub and a living room with open fireplace, as well as two twin bedrooms on the ground floor and an open gallery with a double bed.
The central location of 'Sunpark Oostduinkerke' also offers the ideal starting point for excursions of all kinds.

Great family, great holiday
After some back and forth, it turned out that the landlord is a really accommodating and responsible guy. I was really surprised. I don't feel so well looked after at various hotels
The house is in the green and the location is dreamy. we will be back and are already looking forward to it

Rarely have we had such a carefree time
Actually, we only wanted to stay for a weekend. But after consulting the landlord, we stayed longer because of the good weather and the good atmosphere. I can recommend the house. The rental and arrival were uncomplicated and practical. For us, ideal conditions to spend a relaxed holiday.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit
das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz. Vom Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis lässt sich aber wirklich nicht meckern und die Vermieter sind recht freundlich.
Ohne Auto würde ich nicht hinfahren.

Empfehlenswert
Wir waren über Weihnachten und Neujahr in dem Haus und haben zwar zu Beginn ein wenig gefröstelt. Allerdings hat der große Kamin das Haus schnell aufgeheizt, sodass wir uns Ruckzuck wohl gefühlt haben. Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit hat unserer Familie im Winter sehr gut getan. Ich würde wieder in das Haus fahren..

Oha...
Das war cool. Donnerstag Mittag mit dem Vermieter telefoniert. Den Schlüssel am Nachmittag abgeholt, Donnerstag Abends bis Sonntag Morgen haben wir dann ein hinreißendes Wochenende verbracht. Preis/Leistung ist top für diese Region, daher für uns klar empfehlenswert.

We found it cosy
The house is beautifully located in Sunpark and you can reach the beach in 20 minutes on foot. The equipment of the house is complete and functional. We didn't miss anything
We arrived relatively early and met the cleaning service at work, so everything was well maintained
We have already made an appointment for next summer and are very much looking forward to it

Das Haus war sehr sehr staubig. Immer wieder Kontakt vor Anreise, aber
Leider kann man im Nachhinein keinen erreichen und die Kaution ist immer noch nicht zurück, trotz mehrmaligen Aufforderung.

Das Haus wurde kurz vor Ihrer Anmietung vermietet und auch gereinigt. Ihre zugesandten Fotos bestätigen, dass es nicht 'sehr sehr staubig' war. Aufgrund Ihrer vorgezogenen Abreise haben wir die Kaution bis zum Ende der Mietdauer einbehalten, da Sie schließlich auch den Schlüssel behalten haben.
Ihren Ruf nach Anwalt und Gericht haben Sie glücklicherweise nicht weiter verfolgt.
Unsere Telefonummer finden Sie auf allen unseren Dokumente (Mietvertrag, Anreise-/& Abreisebogen und auch vor Ort im Haus)

A place for a relaxing time
We were there for 2 weeks with our daughter and our pelt-nose and really enjoyed our time. The weather was not so nice, so we cooked more and spent time together in front of the fireplace
Our daughter loved the swimming pool and could hardly get down from the playgrounds even in the rain. We would love to come back!

Das Haus war sehr sehr staubig, so dass man erst einmal sauber machen muss....
Der Kontakt bis zur Überweisung klappt, Schlüssel einen Tag vor Abfahrt erhalten.
Leider kann man im Nachhinein keinen erreichen und die Kaution ist immer noch nicht zurück.

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Vielen Dank für die kurzfristige Mietmöglichkeit.
Das Haus verfügt über 6 volle Betten und einen tollen Kamin, zu Abends Feuer zu machen. Wir hatten am Strand und in den Dünen eine tolle Zeit und melden uns wieder sobald wir können.

Naja
Man findet kein besonders sauberes Haus vor. Man muss das Haus erstmal selber putzen. Besonders das Schlafzimmer in der Galerie, direkt unter dem Dach, ist sehr staubig.
Wir waren dort mit 3 Kindern. Wenn man das Ferienhaus nur zum Übernachten und um eben mal was zu essen nutzt ist es ok.
Das Haus ist mit alten Möbeln ausgestattet und die Matratzen sind nicht sauber.
Es war okay, da wir fast nur unterwegs waren. Aber noch einmal möchte ich dort nicht hinfahren!
Für die Ferienzeit war der Preis günstig. Aber schön ist für mich anders.
Da das Haus in einem Sunpark ist, hat man aber zum Glück die Möglichkeit sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter außerhalb des Hauses zu beschäftigen.

Great short trip
We booked the house at short notice and picked up the key personally
The house is located in a very nice holiday complex with swimming pool, lake and restaurant.
The way to the lake takes about 15min by foot and we could use the bikes of the owner. We were very happy and felt extremely comfortable.
The highlight was definitely the beautiful large fireplace and the large gallery in the house.

Urlaub 2017
Das Ferienhaus ist zweckmässig etwas veraltete Möbel. Matratzen sind gut und sauber. Das Haus ist relativ dunkel durch die Möbel. Es gibt keine richtige Terrasse/Terrassentüre diese ist lediglich die Haustür. Garten groß mit Wiese jedoch etqas trostlos da keine Blumen...das Haus hat eine günstige Lage zum Sunpark Rezeption Restaurant...zum Strand ist es zu Fuss sehr weit ca 15-20min Fussweg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im überteuerten Sunparksupermarkt. Lidl Aldi & Co nur mit Auto erreichbar. Im Park selbst gibt es viele Möglichkeiten aber nicht ganz günstig. Bsp Bowling, Tretboote am See, im ganzen ist die Anlage schön nur leider für uns zu weit vom Strand/Zentrum für Einkäufe entfernt gewesen.

Leider eine Enttäuschung
Das Haus liegt in einem Ferienpark mit mehreren hundert kleinen Häusern und hat einen kleinen Garten. Obwohl sechs Betten vorhanden sind, ist es mit vier Personen max. ausgelastet. Zum Strand sind es ca. 3 km.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern gestaltet sich sehr schwierig, da das Handy immer ausgeschaltet ist.
Zunächst wurden unsere Reisedaten im zugesendeten Vertrag ohne Absprache geändert. Nach Überweisung des Geldes mußten wir bis kurz vor Reisebeginn um die Zusendung des Schlüssels bangen. Dann war das Haus nicht wie vereinbart vorher gereinigt worden. Das haben meine Frau und ich dann übernommen.
Nach Rücksendung des Hausschlüssels warte ich nun seit einem Monat auf die Rückzahlung der Kaution. Alles in allem eine Enttäuschung.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage
Hallo Familie Stollwerk,
DANKE für die schönen Tage in Ihrem wundervollen Ferienhaus und für das Vertrauen. Die Hunde und ich haben uns super wohl gefühlt und ein wahres Paradies haben wir vorgefunden !!!!
Abends gemütlich am Kamin und tagsüber bei schönen Wetter am Strand unterwegs, einfach SPITZE !!!
Das war Entspannung im richtigen Sinn, einfach nur wohl fühlen ;-) Toll das es so schön sein kann.
