Our holiday flat is quiet yet centrally located in Bad Harzburg. It is only a few minutes' walk to the shopping avenue with its many beautiful chestnut trees. Many benches by decorated flower beds invite you to linger. The castle hill can be reached on foot or by cable car.
The flat is also an ideal starting point for long hikes through the Harz Nature Park. From here you can hike to the Waldgasthaus Rabenklippen, the Oker dam, the Molkenhaus and the Brocken.
Bad Harzburg is a state-approved spa with a spa centre and offers a spa park, brine thermal bath, Burgberg cable car, treetop walk, strolling alley, horse racecourse, golf course, Silberbornbad, fairytale forest and a game reserve.
The Harzburg winter sports areas are practically on the doorstep in the mountains between Torfhaus, Sonnenberg and Wurmberg and can be reached in 15 minutes via the Bundesstraße 4. The Harzburg cross-country ski trail leads from Torfhaus to Bad Harzburg.
