The fully air-conditioned property offers space for up to 10 people in 5 double bedrooms (King-Size) over a living area of 400 m2. On the first floor, there is a beautifully luxurious open living area with direct access to the outside, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom. On the second floor, which is connected by an internal staircase, you will find 3 more double bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, and access to the terrace with a beautiful sea view. The spectacular completely enclosed outdoor area offers a 70 square meter heated saltwater pool, exclusive garden furniture, a covered dining terrace, and a summer kitchen.
