Villa Maslina is a beautiful stone villa in a very modern style with a touch of luxury. The villa is in a good location, 4km from the beach, 1km from the restaurant, 500m from the supermarket, and 5 km from the center of Porec.
On the lowest floor of the villa, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, an open area with a living room, a cozy sofa bed for 2 more people, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. An additional guest toilet with a washing machine is also located on the lower floor as well as a direct access to the outdoor area. On the second floor, which is connected by an interior staircase, there is another bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, and toilet. In the extravagant bedroom on the second floor, there is a small wellness oasis with a sauna and a whirlpool.
Outside, a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas is available for your use. The covered summer kitchen with terrace is a must for cozy barbecue evenings. Closed parking spaces are available on the completely fenced property.
