Description

This villa was built in 2021 and is located in Montizana, just 10 km from Porec and the beach. The nearest shop and restaurant are 3 km away, and there are several wineries and cycle paths nearby. In the fully fenced and well-tended garden, guests have a 32m2 swimming pool, a covered terrace with seating, a brick barbecue and 2 parking spaces at their disposal. The villa for 4-6 persons with a total area of 160 m2 is spread over two floors and consists of an air-conditioned living room with access to the terrace and garden, fireplace and pull-out couch for 2 persons, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a separate WC, all on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and one with two separate beds, each with its own bathroom with shower/WC and access to a shared balcony with a beautiful view of the olive grove and the sea in the distance. If you want to spend a relaxing quiet holiday, then Villa Stefany is the right choice. Groups of young people are not allowed.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time at the accommodation! The house was just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean, lovingly furnished, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, quiet yet well-connected. Our dog also felt very comfortable. The contact with the landlord was super friendly and uncomplicated. He was always reachable and helped us quickly with any questions. You can tell that the well-being of his guests is important to him. We would come back anytime, a clear recommendation!
