Description

This newly built holiday home is located in Vrvari, about 3 km from Porec and the beaches with many sports facilities. It is situated on a 700 m2 plot with a 25 square metre pool with a hydromassage corner built into the pool. For pleasant summer dinners with gastronomic specialities, there is a barbecue in the yard and a covered terrace with garden furniture. There is parking space for two vehicles on the property. The special feature of this house is that the entire garden is surrounded by olive trees and oleanders. The villa can accommodate 9 people and is ideal for families or groups of friends. The surface area of the villa is 220 m2 and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with access to a covered terrace with seating. A fully equipped kitchen with dining room is also located on the ground floor, as well as a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with exit to the balcony and a single bedroom, both with panoramic sea views, two double bedrooms with exit to the shared spacious balcony overlooking the pool, a bathroom with shower/bathtub/wc, as well as a laundry room. A cot is also available.

Groups of young people are expressly forbidden!

Super Pool

Die Unterkunft war echt schön und der Pool super. Lage mit 3km zum Meer und in die Stadt war auch super. Leckere Pizza direkt neben an. wir waren super zufrieden

Planen für nächstes Jahr

Es hat einfach alles super gepasst, wir, 2 Kleinfamilien, mit je 2 Erw./je 1ner 11jährigen, wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, planen schon für nächstes Jahr. Sehr sehr empfehlenswert.

Ruhige Lage

Waren zu Acht und das Haus war perfekt. Ruhige Lage, aber nicht weit von der Stadt oder Strand (gut mit dem Auto erreichbar) Pool war super und sehr ruhige Lage + alles sehr sauber
