Overall a solid experience, The house was clean and comfortable, which we really needed, The proximity to local attractions was a plus, especially the Botanical Gardens Flora, which we visited twice!

Comfortable and clean! This residence had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor space was a nice addition, and we loved relaxing there after our day's adventures. Close to public transport, which made getting around easier.

We had a pleasant stay at the Kaufmann vacation residence. The house is clean and well-maintained, with all the essential comforts you need. It is in a quiet area, which was nice for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We found it easy to explore nearby attractions, such as the LVR Industrial Museum. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable stay without luxuries.

The Kaufmann holiday residence was a great find! Spacious and well-equipped, it was perfect for our family getaway, The kids loved the outdoor space, and we appreciated the modern amenities, It was a short drive to Cologne, which was convenient for sightseeing, Highly recommend!

Nice place for a vacation! The terrace was perfect for morning coffee and the living room was comfortable for family reunions. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We loved being close to the parks and museums, but we also enjoyed the peace of the area. Could use a few extra towels, it was a bit tight. Overall, I would definitely recommend!
