The vacation apartment is part of a larger building previously used for agriculture located in Livo. Today, it houses several vacation apartments, one of which is Casa Alegra. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a bright bathroom with a shower, a cozy living area with a kitchenette, dining table, sofa, and satellite TV. Particularly pleasing is the balcony with a view of Lake Como.

The sofa can also be used as a sofa bed for 2 people. The vacation apartment includes a sunny balcony and a private garden with a large wooden terrace. Here, you can have breakfast in the shade of a magnolia and also barbecue. The furnishings, furniture, and decorations were carefully selected; the apartment is very cozy and comfortable.
