Villa Veluri is a very elegant and cozy home with 149 square meters of living space on a 427 square meter private, fenced plot and comfortably accommodates 6+1 people. It is the perfect holiday home from which you can explore the beautiful area around Split and Trogir. Here is a detailed overview of everything that is provided especially for you both indoors and outdoors:
* The outdoor area features a private, heated swimming pool measuring 9 x 3 m (Please note that the pool water temperature, even when heated, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, no specific pool temperatures can be guaranteed.), which has a shallow end for your youngest guests (the total pool area is 27 m²). The sun terrace offers six deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a barbecue area with kitchen counter and sink, a shaded outdoor dining area with atmospheric lighting, and a lawn with a children's section featuring toys, a swing, and seating for children. The ground floor has a fully air-conditioned kitchen with everything you need for a very comfortable stay (a toaster, wine cooler, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle, etc.). ), a dining table, a kitchen island with stools and direct access to the covered dining area and the outdoor area. A large living area offers a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV with surround sound, and a glass wall that provides a view of the pool area. A play area for your youngest child as well as a sofa bed for one person are located in the small (6 sqm) bedroom no. 4. There is also a 5.5 square meter family bathroom with a shower. In the garage area there is a table tennis table and a Pilates ball, which are accessible from both inside and outside.

The 13 sqm master bedroom no. 1 has a double bed and a private lounge.
The 9 sqm bedroom no. 2 is equipped with a single bed.
In the 8 sqm bedroom no. 3 there are two single beds. Bedroom no. 1, which faces south and west, has a king-size bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, air conditioning, a walk-in closet, a terrace with garden furniture and a view of the pool, as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Bedroom no. 2 (14 sqm - south) has a balcony with a view of the pool, air conditioning, and a king-size bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm. The 5.5 square meter family bathroom is equipped with a shower, two sinks, a washing machine, and a dryer. Additionally, an iron and ironing accessories are provided.
Bedroom No. 3 (14 sqm - east) features a king-size bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm, air conditioning, and an eastern view of the neighborhood.
A car is recommended and there is a private parking space for 4 cars. Important notes: Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 23 years of age at the time of booking in order to avoid youth groups. House rule is no parties or events and no smoking.
