Here is a detailed floor and outdoor organization of all that is offered exclusively for you:
* The outdoor area offers a private, heated swimming pool with a no-Chlorine system, with hydro-massage, and with a counter-current swimming program. The pool size itself is 11m x 4.25m, plus a hydromassage area with a sitting area 3.5m x 1.2m, and additionally there is a shallow part (0.4m deep) for your youngest (pool size in total is 51sqm). The spacious sun-deck area spreads on two levels, around the pool and a few steps below on the grassplot. There are 11 sundeck chairs, an outdoor shower, a fully equipped summer kitchen (40sqm) with the outdoor dining area with a ceiling fan, a traditional barbecue, a separated toilet, a lounge corner next to the summer kitchen, and a swing for your youngest.
* The ground floor area offers a fully air-conditioned area that consists; a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed amenities you need for a very comfortable stay (microwave oven, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle....), a kitchen island and exit to the second covered dining area with views of the pool and the sea (you are few steps above pool area). There is a dining table, a living room with a comfortable sofa and glass doors toward the pool area. There is also a Bedroom No1(15sqm) with a king size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower (5.5sqm), and views of nature. A Bedroom No2 (9sqm) with two single beds 80cm x 200cm, A/C, views of nature. A Family bathroom (4sqm) with a shower.
* The first floor is approached with the indoor staircase and offers an air-conditioned second living room that can be used as a Media room, as it has black out curtains and a very comfortable sofa, a Play Station 4 and a smart TV, there is also a dining table for 4 people. Next to it is a small gym area with Orbitrak, Exercise bike, yoga mats and weights. The living room and the gym have an exit to a terrace with sea and pool views. A Bedroom No3 (16sqm) with a king size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, and views of nature. There is a Bathroom (8sqm) next to this bedroom with a bath-tub. A Bedroom No4 (13.5sqm) with double bed 140cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, views of nature. A Bedroom No5 (11sqm) with double bed 140cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, views of nature. There is a family Bathroom (5.5sqm) with a shower.
The washing machine is at the lower ground floor, and the iron with the facilities too.
Important notes: Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 23 years of age at the time of booking, in term to avoid youth groups. We reserve the right to refuse such a booking. House rule is no parties or events, and no smoking.

Villa Marisa is a very comfortable and stylish villa that spreads over 300 sqm of living area, settled on a private fenced 1.100smq property. It is located in Kaštel Kambelovac, in a peaceful environment, perfectly positioned so you have a restaurant, supermarket or a beach in less than 2 min drive, or great history attractions in town Split, Trogir, Solin and Klis in 20 min drive. You are located exactly between town Split (15km) and town Trogir (14km). The nearest minimarket Ribola is only 500m, the nearest restaurant 550m, Pizzeria Laguna 950m, nearest beach Bilajka 1.1km. The airport is 10km far, nearest highway exit is Prgomet (25km), and the nearest doctor is 500m far. So we believe that the location is simply perfect for a very relaxing and comfortable family or friend gathering and amazing Croatian vacation that you all deserve.
The car is recommended and there is a private parking lot for cars.
