This property is the ground floor with pool and garden. For occupancy with more than 4 people or larger groups, it is recommended to rent the apartment on the first floor (Villa Simba hoch 1 (4699774)) at the same time. We only rent out the apartment on the first floor to the same tenant, so your privacy is guaranteed in any case.

The villa also offers a fully equipped kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle, 4-burner stove, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
In Kenya, there are occasional power outages. You can easily bridge these with our in-house power generator.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A dream vacation in Villa Simba! ??❤️
Our 16 days in Villa Simba were simply unforgettable! It was our first trip to Africa, and we couldn't have wished for a more beautiful accommodation and more welcoming hosts. Even before our arrival, we were well informed and were lovingly cared for on-site at any time.
The villa is beautiful, excellently equipped, and the pool is a dream! The two staff members who took care of the cleaning and the garden were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks to our hosts, we experienced a fantastic three-day safari with Marco Polo Safaris, enjoyed the delicious food from our private chef, and wonderful massages.
We were five people and felt completely comfortable from the first to the last day.
Thank you for this beautiful time, the warmth, and all the unforgettable memories! Kenya has captured our hearts. ❤️ We will definitely come back!

A dreamlike stay - absolutely recommended!
We had a wonderful time with our family in this dreamlike villa and can recommend it without reservation!
The house itself is beautiful, tastefully furnished, and offers everything one could wish for a relaxing and special stay.
We were especially thrilled by the beautifully maintained garden with the great pool – an absolute oasis for relaxing and unwinding. The lovable house staff takes care of the maintenance of the house and they were available for any questions.
We felt completely comfortable from the first to the last day. A place where really no wishes remain unfulfilled (beach, safari, dolphins, chef and massage bookable - all highly recommended).
Thank you very much for this unforgettable time!

Perfect vacation
For us, the house was perfect, although a bit further from the beach, it was quieter. Good amenities, including the kitchen. Everything is available for self-catering. Very well-maintained property and pool. The house staff keep everything in good shape and are always helpful. The two security men are also vigilant and helpful. Furthermore, the landlords respond quickly and reliably. We look forward to the next stay at Villa Simba.

Absolute TOP
We spontaneously decided to spend a week of vacation in Kenya. The Villa Simba caught our attention immediately.
The contact with the owner was very friendly. Emails were answered quickly and open questions were competently addressed. So here already five out of five stars.
The villa leaves nothing to be desired. The private pool is great. The staff anticipates your wishes. Due to the size of our travel group, we rented both floors of the villa. Also perfect for larger groups or families.
We will definitely come back, hopefully as soon as possible.

Villa Simba
This was now the eleventh time that I stayed with my family and friends at Villa Simba - each time for 3 weeks.
The host couple - Randy and Kathy - took good care of us from the very beginning, so that one immediately felt trust and thus a good vacation feeling.
The lovable and always friendly staff is also always reliable.
The beautiful large terrace, the directly adjacent pool, and many seating and lounging options invite you to relax and enjoy. Smaller and even larger meals can be easily prepared in the fully equipped kitchen.
The rooms are spacious and lovingly decorated in African style, each room has its own bathroom.
The wonderfully white sandy beach with many bars and restaurants is within a few minutes' walk. For longer distances, a Tuk Tuk is suitable, which is usually waiting around the next corner.
I am already looking forward to next year.

Die Villa ist wunderschön, hervorragend ausgestattet und der Pool ein Traum! Auch die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen, die sich um die Reinigung und den Garten gekümmert haben, waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Dank unserer Gastgeber erlebten wir eine fantastische dreitägige Safari mit Marco Polo Safaris, genossen das köstliche Essen unseres privaten Kochs und wunderbare Massagen.
Wir waren fünf Personen und haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag rundum wohlgefühlt.
Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit, die Herzlichkeit und all die unvergesslichen Erinnerungen! Kenia hat unser Herz erobert. ❤️ Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man sich für einen erholsamen und besonderen Aufenthalt wünschen kann.
Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne gepflegte Garten mit dem tollen Pool – eine absolute Oase zum Entspannen und Abschalten.
Das liebenswerte Hauspersonal kümmert sich sorgsam um die Pflege des Hauses und sie waren für Fragen jeglicher Art ansprechbar.
Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein Ort, an dem wirklich keine Wünsche offenbleiben (Strand, Safari, Delfine, Koch und Massage buchbar-alles sehr empfehlenswert).
Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit!
Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war sehr freundlich. Mails wurden schnell beantwortet und offene Fragen wurden kompetent beantwortet. Also hier schon fünf von fünf Sternen.
Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der private Pool ist großartig. Das Personal liest einem die Wünsche von den Augen ab. Aufgrund der Größe unserer Reisegruppe, haben wir beide Etagen der Villa gemietet. Ebenfalls perfekt für größere Gruppen oder Familien.
Wir kommen garantiert wieder, hoffentlich so schnell wie möglich.

Das Gastgeberehepaar - Randy und Kathy - haben sich von Anfang an gut um uns gekümmert, so dass man gleich Vertrauen und somit ein gutes Urlaubsgefühl bekommen hat.
Auch auf das Liebeswerte und stets freundliche Personal ist immer Verlass.
Die schöne große Terrasse, der direkt angrenzende Pool und viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten laden zum entspannen und genießen ein.
Kleinere und sogar größere Mahlzeiten, kann man sich in der voll ausgestatteten Küche, leicht zubereiten.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig und liebevoll ganz im Afrikanischen Stil eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad.
Der herrlich weiße Sandstrand mit vielen Bars und Restaurants, ist in wenigen Gehminuten gut erreichbar. Für weitere Strecken eignet sich ein Tuk Tuk, dass meistens schon an der nächsten Ecke wartet.

Der hauseigene Pool im traumhaften Garten sorgt für Erfrischung.
Das Hausmädchen und ein Gärtner sind aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit, Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Der Strand ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Ausflüge (Safari, Mombasa, usw.), die wir über Anbieter Vorort organisiert haben, waren sehr gut organisiert und beeindruckend (u.a. Marco Polo Safaris).
Die Kontakte haben wir über den Eigentümer erhalten, der immer für Fragen erreichbar war: Ein toller Urlaub, der uns in Erinnerung bleiben wird.
