The apartment, furnished with great attention to detail and emphasis on living comfort, is suitable for 4 to 6 people (children from 8 years) and is located in the newly built exclusive Residenza Buca 10 on the edge of the Losone golf course with a wonderful view of the golf course and the unique natural landscape.
The apartment consists of a spacious living/dining area with an open, well-equipped kitchen. The large sliding windows offer direct access to the terrace and the private garden. The comfortably furnished conservatory and the terrace with dining table invite you to relax and enjoy a cozy get-together. The electric fire and lighting provide pure romance and relaxation. A staircase from the terrace leads to the spacious private garden, where you can sunbathe.
The apartment also has 2 double bedrooms (1 x with box-spring bed and TV and 1 x with a comfortable foldaway bed) as well as closets and armchairs. Both bedrooms can be closed with a sliding door. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, one with a bathtub/WC and one with a shower/WC. The pull-out sofa in the living room offers two additional sleeping places. The room cannot be darkened.
The apartment is directly accessible from the garage via an elevator or stairs and has a private parking space.
If you want to refresh yourself after a long game of golf, a 5-minute walk from the residence takes you to the “Meriggio” beach on the banks of the River Maggia. There you can enjoy an aperitif in the newly opened “River Merisg Lounge & Sport” with snack bar. You can also hire parasols and deckchairs there if you want to spend a day on the river beach.

The location, the beautiful view, the high-quality furnishings and the good public transport connections make this apartment an ideal place for anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful vacation home. Golf Gerre and the “Scuderia alle Gerre” riding stables are approx. 5 minutes away by car. Good starting point for hikes and bike tours. Losone has several shopping centers, restaurants and grottos. The towns of Locarno and Ascona are approx. 3 km away. An excursion to the Maggia or Centovalli valleys is definitely worthwhile.

Super location, close to the beach on the Maggia, the golf course, and the grill/game area. Beautiful view of the surrounding valleys. High-tech equipment, luxury furniture, super balcony + small garden. Perfect :)

Beautifully and elegantly furnished apartment. Nice parking spaces in the private underground garage with an elevator directly in front of the apartment door. The only thing missing is the view of the lake. The booking and handling were once again excellent, would love to return.
