The apartment is located in a modern new development area that offers a lot of openness and a pleasant atmosphere. Everything is easily accessible, and you can quickly get to the countryside, the lakes, or the forest - ideal for relaxed walks. Directly opposite is a charming old settlement that also offers inviting paths for strolling. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, perfect for those seeking relaxation who love nature yet still wish to enjoy the conveniences of proximity.
You will easily find your way around the neighborhood! Right in front of the entrance, there are public parking spaces available where you can park for free. A bit further ahead, just before the settlement, there is another public parking lot that charges a fee (about 2 minutes away from the accommodation). Everything is conveniently within walking distance, including restaurants, the lake, and small activities. Large supermarkets can be reached in the nearest town in about 10 minutes by car or at most 15 minutes by bus. For small shopping needs, we have a 24/7 little shop in the settlement where you can quickly pick up bread rolls, drinks, toothpaste, and much more!

Beautiful apartment with perfect location
We had a wonderful stay in this vacation apartment. Everything was super clean, and the furnishings are new and modern – you feel at home right away.
The location is simply dreamy: wonderfully quiet and right by the lake, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
Especially noteworthy is the dog-friendliness. Our four-legged friend was warmly welcomed and even received a small welcome gift – a very nice gesture! We would book the vacation apartment again at any time and can absolutely recommend it.

Wie wars?
Es war alles in bester Ordnung, nur das normale TV ( öffentlich Rechtliche) wäre nicht schlecht.
