This charming single storey property offers an ideal distribution, with an independent and very spacious kitchen, a cosy living-dining room, 4 comfortable double bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms, all of them powered by sustainable solar energy.
Exquisitely decorated in a vintage style, using light tones and natural materials, Caluix exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals, while the living-dining room offers an open-plan space with a large sofa for relaxing and a large solid wood table for enjoying unforgettable moments in company.
From the glass doors of the living room, there is access to a magnificent terrace with an outdoor dining area under an awning, perfect for enjoying the panoramic views. The private saltwater swimming pool, surrounded by artificial grass and sun loungers, invites you to enjoy the sun during the day and relaxing evening swims under the coloured lights.
The beautifully decorated bedrooms offer a haven of tranquillity and comfort, with the master bedroom equipped with dressing room and en suite bathroom with shower. The other bedrooms, equally charming, have comfortable double or twin beds, air conditioning and central heating.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
