The friendliness of the historic village of Wemeldinge, the salt water of the beautiful Oosterschelde and the pristine nature of Zeeland. For lovers of peace and space, Zuid-Beveland is a beautiful environment. What do you think of strolling along the water?s edge and the marina, cycling through the fruit orchards or to the city of Goes and in the protected peat bog of Yerseke there are numerous birds, a perfect place for birdwatchers. You will linger with your family and friends in comfortable bungalows directly on the Oosterschelde. With the small beach on the park, this is also a real paradise for fishermen, sailors, surfers and divers!

Villa park De Oesterbaai, located on the edge of the charming village of Wemeldinge, directly on the Oosterschelde, which is an eldorado for surfers and sport divers.

Overall, a decent place to stay, The home was well-equipped, but we found some areas could use a little updating, Still, the location is good, and we enjoyed our time exploring the nearby attractions

What was good: - Quiet, beautiful facility - great service at the reception - good house with cozy furnishings. - Kitchen appliances clean - cozy beds - great large table - kitchen was well equipped, except for two small things, see below What could be better: - kitchen equipment, missing vegetable peeler and soup ladles - missing hooks in the bathroom for towels, with beds for 10 people there should be at least 5 options - we suspect mice in the ceiling, at night you could hear scratching in the lower right bedroom - the house inspection before our visit was not very thorough, there was still cutlery in the dishwasher - we only found out on site that we were getting a different house due to a double booking for one night. As a result, we ultimately had only 6 instead of 8 sofa places because the furnishings were different. It was ultimately okay, but a negative surprise upon arrival. Overall, the vacation was still a success. Relaxation and recovery worked, even without a vegetable peeler ;)
