This new villa is located in Joyeuse in the Ardèche. There are 4 bedrooms which can accommodate upto 8 people. The villa is perfect for families. It has its own pool and the garden overlooks the beautiful French mountain scenery.
Joyeuse is rich in cultural and historical heritage, you can explore a lot of places nearby. The forest is situated 2 km while the river is 5 km while you can get your general supplies from 1.5 km.
The villa has a spacious terrace with stunning views. There are garden furniture for the guests to relax along with a swimming pool. The villa has a modular kitchen with all the modern equipment like dishwasher, coffee machine. The living area has a TV and heating system to keep the guests warm.

House and reception were fantastic. Too bad that the boiler did not work for 3 days (technician visited 3 times and did his best, piece eventually had to be picked up in Nimes) and 1 room was not usable due to water damage. The compensation offered for this was greatly appreciated.

Everything top in order, very nice house, the steep slope was a bit less. We left the car at the top. Especially when packing and unpacking was this sweating! The cottage is also quite style accessible by car, which makes walking to the town is not so obvious. Well a beautiful view, we enjoyed it. We missed air conditioning!

Beautiful house in a beautiful area! Unfortunately there are some small defects in the house, small things broken which is actually a shame. The garden furniture is not really comfortable as are the chairs in the dining room. The pool is lovely, but the garden is nothing but blackberry bushes and weeds.
