The holiday flat is located in a house built in 2015 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the sea and its quiet, sunny waterfront location. Available for shared use: terrace and garden furniture.

Medulin, district Brajdin, Vižula. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday apartment is in a quiet location. Access is via a side road. Parking is available on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (diameter 30 m, 2 m deep).

Kitchen (10 sqm, walkthrough room) with TV, air conditioning, gas hob, electric hob (induction hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, washing machine and access to the balcony. Bathroom (10 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
