We would like to welcome you to our spacious and beautiful holiday flat with room for 5 people plus 1 in the scenic Extertal Bösingfeld in East Westphalia-Lippe.
Your holiday flat has 103 square metres with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with dining area and balcony and a well-equipped kitchen.
For a small fee, a washing machine with drying rack is available in a separate room in the basement. We provide washing powder.
A travel cot for our youngest guests as well as some toys are also available. We are also happy to provide various children's books in different age groups.
On request there is the possibility to get a guest bed (90 x 200 cm).
A car park for cars is available on our property. Free parking is also available along the street.
To ensure that your holiday begins as soon as you move in, made-up beds and towels await you in your holiday flat.

Cooker with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle. Large fridge with separate freezer compartment and storage space for personal items. Sufficient pots and pans and crockery for 6 people.
Tea towel, washing-up brush and a starter pack for the dishwasher
There is also a first aid bag in the kitchen.
Brooms with dustpans, buckets with squeegees and a hoover are also provided.
Living room:
Flat screen TV with HDMI connection and USB port, DVD player and radio with CD player and books.
Various board and card games for cosy game evenings.
Balcony with two awnings, chairs and a bench with cushions to sit on.
Cosy dining area for cosy evenings together.

WC, washbasin, bath and shower, cupboards and hairdryer

Location and surroundings of object
Extertal Bösingfeld is centrally located between the Weserbergland on one side and the Teutoburg Forest on the other. The holiday flat is centrally located in a quiet residential area close to the forest. The nearby playground is about 300 metres away in a quiet side street.
There is free parking along the street and a car park for cars on our property.
Shopping facilities: Aldi, Rewe, Penny, Lidl, Rossmann, two bakeries and a butcher's shop are just a few minutes away by bike or car.
There are also two doctors' surgeries and two pharmacies nearby for emergencies.
Our outdoor pool with spring water is open in the summer months. It can be reached by bike or car in a few minutes.
Numerous beautiful hiking trails are easily accessible from us and invite you to go for walks or hikes in beautiful nature.
Many excursion destinations are also within easy reach.
These include the Pied Piper town of Hameln, Lemgo and Rinteln with their beautiful old towns.
Detmold with its Herrmann monument, open-air museum, eagle observatory and theatre are well worth a visit.
The Extersteine near Horn Bad Meinberg or Bad Pyrmont with its beautiful spa gardens and hiking trails.
The Schieder reservoir with its special leisure facilities is very popular with our kids. Pedal boats or an excursion boat also await you here.
For our more sporty guests, there is the trolley in Rinteln or football golf in Detmold as well as the climbing park at the Herrmannsdenkmal.
You can also explore our beautiful countryside by bike.

Dear guests, Our names are Bettina and Marco Gottlieb and we would like to welcome you to our family-run holiday flat. We opened the holiday flat in June 2023 and have continued to improve it over the years. There are fly screens in all windows of the holiday flat. Only the roof window of the 2nd bathroom and the balcony door do not have one. In summer, however, we will provide a fly screen curtain this year. This year, at the suggestion of our previous guests, we are also providing a washing machine, which can be used for a small fee, including washing powder. For certain cases we have also purchased an additional guest bed this year, which can be made available on request. We live on the first floor and are available for any questions or requests. I am profoundly deaf and my husband is profoundly deaf. With the help of cochlear implants, my husband can hear very well and make phone calls. He is also partially proficient in German sign language and would be a good contact person for deaf guests. We have some toys, colouring books and pencils for our younger guests. Various children's books in different age groups are also available. We hope we have inspired your confidence and look forward to welcoming you soon.
