We offer you in our newly renovated, modern and generously equipped ground floor holiday flat Marite scharbeutz-klingberg the optimal conditions to spend a pleasant holiday.

The holiday flat with 54 sqm floor space is suitable for 2 adults + 2 children.
Your dogs are also welcome.
We offer you a cosy, well-kept holiday flat with loving furnishings and good comfort.

The holiday flat is located in the middle of the fascinating natural landscape of Holstein Switzerland!
Klingberg belongs to the municipality of Scharbeutz (Schleswig Holstein) and is characterised by the large Pönitzer See lake, on the edge of this lake, embedded in a generous forest plot. Its dreamy location in the midst of nature guarantees peace and quiet for those seeking relaxation, and at the same time, its proximity to the Baltic Sea encourages active holidaymakers to enjoy water sports, cycling and golf, for example.
The holiday home is nestled between forest and lake and is ideal for families with children. Here you will find peace and relaxation, but also many activities in the nearby surroundings. The lakeside property on the large Pönitz Lake , the Baltic Sea, the Holstein Lake District, the seaside resorts of Scharbeutz, Haffkrug and Timmendorfer Strand invite you to a sports or active holiday.

Super nice holiday apartment
We had a wonderful week in the lovingly furnished holiday apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires. Absolutely nothing is missing. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely book this holiday apartment again.

"Highly recommended"
A beautiful ground floor vacation rental in a quiet, idyllic location, with everything you need. Perfect service in contracting, communication, and execution. A clear recommendation that you can relax here excellently and without any hassle. The apartment is very well-equipped with a lot of attention to detail. The kitchen is new with plenty of space. Also, you can store all your utensils well in the bathroom. Finally, there are enough hooks available.

Great holiday apartment in Scharbeutz-Klingberg
In this vacation apartment, one can truly enjoy their holiday. It is clean and well-maintained, and there is nothing missing. The peace and the proximity to nature provide the ultimate relaxation. The location is simply perfect, with forests, lakes, and the Baltic Sea, which can be reached by car in just a few minutes. Not only us - even our dog felt immediately comfortable and at home. Great holiday in a very nice vacation apartment
We had a very nice vacation in the holiday home Marite House 48 in the upstairs apartment. We found a very clean and attractive apartment with modern and spacious furnishings. Very nice and friendly landlords. Everything we needed was available and in very good condition. Children were also taken care of. Children's toys for the sandbox, ball, table tennis set, books, and board games were provided. We will definitely spend many more vacations at the Marite holiday home.

This includes prepayment of accommodation, Ostseecard, deposit if applicable, laundry packages, etc. The keys are handed over by means of a key safe.
