This bright 1-room apartment on the ground floor offers space for up to 3 people. The beautiful living area is equipped with everything you need for a vacation. During the day, the high-quality wall bed (160 x 200) is folded up and in the evening it is pulled out. There is a cozy sofa corner with a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a small dining area, inviting you to enjoy lovely evenings cooking together. From the separate hallway, you can access the shower room and WC. The apartment is equipped with tiled flooring.

The popular "Residenz Meeresbrandung" complex is located right on the beach promenade in Duhnen and offers a swimming pool and sauna. Parking available subject to availability. Centrally situated, it is 100 meters from the Ahoi Bad with Thalasso Center and 300 meters right in the center of Duhnen. The Residenz Meeresbrandung was built in 1992 and we, the Funck family, have been renting here for 21 years with our own office directly in the complex.

Swimming pool and sauna included, baby bed and high chair available on request for a fee, reserved parking space 5 euros per day, underground parking space 10 euros per day, small dogs on request 10 euros per night! In addition to the stated price, the overnight tax and guest contribution will be added, which are calculated as follows. Every person aged 16 and over is subject to the guest contribution! Exempt from guest fee is anyone who can prove a 100% disability and an accompanying person with the note "B"!
Season A: €4.00 per day and person, Season B: €3.20 per day and person! Season A is from 25.12 to 05.01, 1 week before and after Easter, 01.05 - 31.10. The rest of the year is considered Season B!
