Description
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities for a great dining experience including a stove with 4 burners, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, and toaster.
The main room is air-conditioned with lots of natural light and a possibility of lowering the blinds. A sliding window door leads to a big balcony with a retractable awning great for dining or hanging out, especially in the evening as you watch sunset over the sea.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with a window and blackout curtains, a fan, and a luggage stand. The main bedroom is bigger and has a queen bed (160cm) with an ergonomic hard foam mattress, while the smaller bedroom has 2 single beds (90cm) with a similar type of mattress.
Regarding the tech, you have fast internet and a 55" SMART TV with satellite channels, as well as free Netflix and Prime Video.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located in a small peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by other apartments and local residents. Only 1 km to the beach, sea, hotels, restaurants, and other tourist attractions and facilities which are easily accessible by car or by walking. From the neighbourhood, you can easily drive to to center of Poreč or use a bypass to avoid all traffic and get out of the Poreč.
Across the street there is a "forest" where you can walk your dog during hot weather. Nearby there is also a playground for dogs, supermarket (Plodine) and a restaurant.
You can get around the neighbourhood by car, bike, or simply walk. Everything is close by and easily approachable. The grocery store, restaurant, coffee bar, and bakery are all within 1 kilometre of the apartment.
If you want to visit other towns on the coast like Vrsar, Novigrad, and Funtana, they are within 14 kilometres from the apartment and easily approachable by car.

Comfortable, modern & large balcony - would love to come back.
Very comfortable, modernly furnished apartment with a great large balcony and sun protection! Perfectly equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher and washing machine.
For TV fans, even with German-language TV programs, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.
Very comfortable beds.
Ideal location to relax.
Located in a quiet residential area above Poreč city center.
15 minutes' walk to the sea, 8 minutes on foot to a small supermarket.
Perfect location for excursions in the surrounding area, the inland, and the entire Istrian coast.
Very friendly and professional support for all questions.
