Description
Enjoy a perfect vacation in this bungalow in Friesland. The bungalow is detached and has a fully fenced property, even towards the water. Ideal for small children or a dog. You also have a private boat dock of 10 meters right at the house. So feel free to bring your own boat or rent a small one. This can be done without a license.
The patio has 2 terraces. Equipped once with a lounge set and a dining table. They also have an awning, sun umbrella, and 2 deck chairs. At the pier, there is a swimming ladder, so winter or summer, you can go swimming.
The living room is modernly furnished and has a TV with German programs and Wi-Fi. Beautiful dining table and a new modern open kitchen. With a sliding door, you can immediately go out to your own terrace. On cool evenings, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
In the bungalow, you have 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 and 160 wide). The windows have fly screens and each bedroom has an extra TV. The bathroom has a small tub, barrier-free shower (100 wide), a toilet with handles, and a sink. The bungalow is popular with regular guests because it is wheelchair-friendly. Separate guest toilet and in the storage room a washing machine and space to store your bicycles.
Directly in front of the bungalow are 2 parking spaces for cars. If you come with an electric car, it can be charged on the premises. There are 5 charging stations with 11 kWh available.

Location and surroundings of object
The bungalow is located in Marinapark Aquaronde in Lemmer. It is on the edge of the Brekken lake. From the bungalow you can be on the lake in a few minutes and you have many other lakes at your disposal. You can fish, swim and moor a boat at the house. You are welcome to bring your own boat or hire a small boat. Simply enquire for more information.
Lemmer is an old fishing village and the atmosphere is still cosy. That's what makes the Frisians so special... that they are still so normal.
The village is the ideal location for a cycling holiday, sailing holiday, walking holiday and daily strolls.
Amsterdam is a good hour away from Lemmer. The Wadden Islands are also worth a visit, such as Terschelling or Vlieland.
