This bright and cosy dyke house is located in the Boulevard area of Breskens and has a living area of 102 m2. The property is located on a cul-de-sac in a relatively quiet neighbourhood. This is a short distance from the dune crossing to the sea and beach and within walking distance from the centre of Breskens. In addition, the nearest arterial road is 12 minutes' drive away.
The ground floor consists of hallway to which the toilet is adjacent. Living room with open kitchen, stairs cupboard and utility room.
The kitchen is fitted with extra (tall) cupboards, Pelgrim appliances, combination oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, built-in coffee maker, hob with extractor fan and sink with mixer tap.
On the upper floor, you will find two bedrooms with five beds and a bathroom fitted with walk-in shower, washbasin with base cabinet and a second toilet.
At the rear, south side, the house has a generous terrace of +/-30 m2. With views over the Boulevard and allotments. The terrace is equipped with a comfortable lounge set. Via the stairs of the roof terrace, you enter the sunny south-facing garden with private parking and a terrace with canopy for a cosy sitting and/or dining area.
The entire house is under basement here is the possibility to put bicycles away.

This village house may only be rented for 28 days per year so do not wait too long to book VOL = VOL

Die Außenbereiche (Terrassen) und der eigene Parkplatz waren großartig. Der kleine Schuppen mit den Kissen war sehr praktisch. Die Nähe zum Strand war schön.
