Fort Soleil 30, recently refurbished inside and out, offers approx. 103m of living comfort in a semi-detached bungalow with enclosed, south-facing garden in a quiet area. The house has a cosy living room with an open kitchen. In the living room the TV is equipped with a Chromecast, so Netflix, Youtube, Spotify, etc. are possible.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each. The bathroom with shower and 2nd toilet is also on the 1st floor.
The house has two parking spaces. At 400 metres from the house there is a playground and an indoor public swimming pool. The distance to the beach is 700 metres.
