Description

Scheldeveste 157 type Schelde is a spacious house with 117 square metres of living space and a large enclosed garden, with waterfront jetty. A plot area of 469 square metres. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a wood-burning fireplace. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV-radio combination. The open kitchen is fully equipped and features a 4-burner gas cooker and oven/microwave. There is a large 8-seater oak dining table in the conservatory, as well as a seating area. The conservatory has underfloor heating and a sunshade that can be rolled in and out. The living room/serre is equipped with air conditioning for heating and cooling. The bedroom on the ground floor is for 2 people and has a private bathroom with shower. There is a toilet on the ground floor.

The upper floor has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom also has a cot. The bathroom on the 1st floor has a bath and a 2nd toilet.

There is a lovely south-facing terrace with an adjacent jetty right on the waterfront. The garden is fully fenced with mesh for the safety of children and pets
