Scheldeveste 136 typ Schelde is a spacious house with a living area of 117 square metres and a large garden surrounding it.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a wood-burning fireplace. The living room is equipped with an HD-TV-radio combination. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and features a 5-burner gas cooker with Wok burner. The dining area is located in the house's large conservatory. There is a large round 6-person dining table and a seating area in the conservatory. The conservatory has underfloor heating.
The living room has air conditioning.
The bedroom on the ground floor is for 2 people and has a private bathroom with shower.
The upper floor has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom also has a fixed cot and a 2nd television. The bathroom on the 1st floor has a bath and there is a 2nd toilet.
The house Scheldeveste 136 has a large garden all around. There is a lovely south-facing terrace with an adjacent jetty right on the waterfront. The garden is fully fenced with mesh for the safety of children and pets.

Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage für uns in der Nähe des Strandes und es ist für uns seit 10 Jahren daher optimal. Daher haben wir es ja auch schon für 2025 wieder gebucht

Sehr gut !! Kommen gerne Nächstes Jahr ! Das Haus war sehr schön ,und sehr gut ausgestattet !! Auch der Garten war super !! Einzig die Mattrasen ( Betten) sind eine Qual für unseren Rücken gewesen .(Durchgelegen)
