Description

Scheldeveste 256 is a detached house for 6 people with a living area of approx. 102 m² with adjoining conservatory and a beautiful garden. The terrace with conservatory is located on the south side of the house. The garden of the house borders the park's pond. Next to the cosy living room and large dining area is the well-equipped and practical kitchen with induction hob. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm (two mattresses). The other two bedrooms each have two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm. The bathroom on the upper floor has a large double sink, a spacious shower and a second toilet. All bedrooms and the bathroom have windows with insect screens. The south-facing bedrooms have automatic shutters. The attached storage room has a second large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a washing machine and a dryer.

This house is on holiday park Scheldeveste within walking distance of the sea and beach and offers plenty of space for children to play. Also within walking distance are beach pavilions, the Breskens lighthouse and the Waterdunen bird counting station. The cosy centre of Breskens with its shops, restaurants and marina is at cycling distance.
