Scheldeveste 119 Typ Schelde is a spacious house with a living area of 117 square metres and a large garden surrounding it.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a wood-burning fireplace. The living room is equipped with an Smart- TV radio combination. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and features a 5-burner gas cooker with Wok burner. The dining area is located in the house's large conservatory. There is a large round 6-person dining table and a seating area in the conservatory. The conservatory has underfloor heating.
The living room has air conditioning.
The bedroom on the ground floor is for 2 people and has a private bathroom with shower.
The upper floor has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom also has a fixed cot and a 2nd television. The bathroom on the 1st floor has a bath and there is a 2nd toilet.
The house Scheldeveste 119 has a large garden all around. There is a lovely south-facing terrace with an adjacent jetty right on the waterfront. For the safety of children and pets, the garden is fully fenced with wire mesh

Wie immer von Seiten Verhuurcenter top. Im Park, wie schon bei den letzten Aufenthalten, gibt es nur den Lärm Samstags nach 17:00 Uhr und Sonntags teilweise mehrfaches Rasenmähen zu bemängeln. Wir haben Verständnis und wollen natürlich auch einen gepflegten Park, aber wir zahlen natürlich auch viel Geld, um unseren Urlaub zu genießen. Hier sollte eine für alle Seiten vertretbar Lösung gefunden werden.

Das Haus ist uns bekannt. Deshalb buchen wir das Haus, wenn es noch frei ist. Sehr gute Lage und Ausstattung.

Das Haus ist im Erdgeschoß gut eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung mit Porzellan, Gläsern, Besteck usw. ist ganz hervorragend (das haben wir andernorts so noch nicht vorgefunden). Die Töpfe und Pfannen würden teilweise eine "Renovierung" vertragen. Schade, dass der Super-Backofen während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht funktionierte und auch nicht repariert wurde. Das Obergeschoß ist gut bis befriedigend möbliert. Die Bäder (im Erd- und Obergeschoß) sowie die separate Toilette sind renovierungsbedürftig. Das ansonsten sehr schöne Haus hätte diese Renovierung verdient. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall jederzeit wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen.
