Pet-free, well-maintained, cozy, and attractively furnished non-smoking vacation apartment with a terrace / sitting area featuring garden furniture with cushions and a shading system for private use.
It is located on the first floor with a separate entrance and no subtenants, in a quiet location in the resort town of Utarp, which is directly adjacent to the Herrlichkeit Dornum. In the resort town of Utarp, you do not have to pay a spa tax.
It can accommodate a maximum of 2 people and one child up to about 14 years old. If needed, a travel cot for babies can be provided.
Car parking is available directly at the house.
Secure bicycle storage is available.
For the little ones, there is a sandbox in the play corner.
