This air-conditioned, modern penthouse in high standard, is located in a side street of Marsaskala. It is on the 4th floor and was completely renovated in 2024. Lift available.

A bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and a comfortable sofa bed (90x200cm) in the kitchen-living room offer space for 2-3 people. Living area approx. 90m². Separate, modern bathroom with shower/WC. Washing machine available.

The living area has a TV. Google and YouTube are freely available. Possibly Netflix via the own registration procedure.

The kitchen area is well and fully equipped: including electric hob with oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Please bring your own coffee filters and bags. Separate dining table.

Marsaskala is located on both sides at the inner end of the scenic bay of the same name and has a beautiful shopping mile along the promenades with shops, numerous restaurants, and cafés. Right by the bay, there are various rocky beaches, some with ladders into the sea. Among other things, ideal for diving and snorkeling.

About a 15-minute walk away is the beautifully situated St. Thomas Bay with its inviting sandy beach. At the left end of Marsaskala Bay is Malta's easternmost point, with its beautifully located Zonqor Bay and "Zonqor Point." Here, too, there are various beautiful swimming spots.

A variety of good restaurants can be found along the promenade, between 2-15 minutes on foot. Worthy of mention are "Tal-Familia Restaurant" and "Ta Ninu."

Nearest supermarket about 5 minutes away.

Nearest bus stop, about 3 minutes away. Distance to the capital Valletta approximately 13km.
