Villa Angelina is a newly built villa in Poreč, Istria, offering a private pool of 30 m² as well as an outdoor whirlpool for use. The interior has been carefully selected and combines new furniture with high-quality antique pieces, creating a unique blend of modern and classic style. The villa accommodates up to 8 people in 4 comfortable bedrooms with double beds.
The 450 m² property includes a living area of 128 m². The outdoor area features a covered dining area and a barbecue – ideal for outdoor meals. There are also 3 parking spaces available for cars.
The villa extends over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, a guest WC with washing machine, as well as an air-conditioned bedroom with en-suite bathroom and TV. On the upper floor there are three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms have a TV, and one of the bedrooms offers a beautiful view of the pool.
The location of the villa is excellent: the nearest beaches are about 2 km away, while a large shopping center and supermarkets are only 700 meters from the villa. The city center of Poreč is 3 km away and provides easy access to all the attractions and amenities of the city.
