The upper apartment (approx. 68 m²) accommodates 4 people and is equipped with 2 bedrooms (crib and high chair are also available), bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchen (4 burner stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, complete tea set including warmer) and living room. Free Wi-Fi and telephone.
Vacation Apartment C offers sleeping arrangements for 4 people. It is fully furnished with a kitchen, living room, and bathroom with shower. Of course, they have a flat-screen TV, radio, free Wi-Fi, and telephone (German landline/mobile free). A garden with terraces, seating areas, and a barbecue is available for your use. For toddlers, there is a slide and a swing. There is a shelter for bicycles and parking spaces available at the house. Shopping facilities and a restaurant are located nearby. Our house is located in a quiet residential area, situated on the East Frisia hiking trail, close to the Schafhauser Forest, about 1.5km before Esens. The beach in Bensersiel (about a 9-minute drive away) is easily accessible by bicycle via the East Frisia hiking trail. There is no spa tax obligation - the North Sea Service Card can be purchased voluntarily.

The seaside resort Bensersiel offers beach chair rentals, an adventure playground near the beach, an 80-meter water slide, surf wave, the "Kunterbunt" children's playhouse as well as Takka-Tukka Land and the North Sea spa Sonneninsel (an indoor bathing landscape with log cabin and steam bath saunas). A maritime sports theme park and an inline skating facility challenge you to get active.
Neuharlingersiel, the most beautiful fishing harbor on the North Sea coast, has been hosting the traditional "Neuharlingersiel Crab Cutter Regatta" for over 30 years. Guests are welcome on the colorfully decorated cutters. In addition to a wide range of children’s attractions and water play equipment on the beach, there is also a 30°C heated indoor sea water pool with various sauna areas available all year round. How about visiting one of the East Frisian Islands—Langeoog, Wangerooge, or Spiekeroog. Multiple ferry connections per day will make your island visit a unique experience. Or perhaps you'd prefer the high-sea island of Helgoland?
Werdum is nestled amid green fields and meadows. With a petting zoo featuring rare animal breeds from around the world, a medicinal garden, equipment exhibit, and explanatory panels, it is always worth a detour. Do you know the Peacock goat, the Lippe goose, the Hissar sheep, the Miniature donkey, the turkey, or the Poitou giant donkey? Try a "Watt'n-Bier" from the Küstenbrauerei in Werdum.
Bicycles can be rented on request from the local bicycle rental on your arrival day and will be ready at the apartment for you. Whether long walks on the dyke or in the towns, extensive bicycle tours amidst the idyllic countryside or right along the sea dyke, the region offers everyone their individual vacation fun. Whether a sporty extended experience or just a beach vacation in a beach chair amidst one's own sandcastle. Enjoy the uniquely beautiful natural scenery of East Frisia in every season. There are also interesting things to discover in the surrounding area such as Aurich, Wittmund, Emden, Norden, Jever, or Wilhelmshaven.

Rights and Duties Guest Admission Contract: 1. The guest admission contract is established as soon as the vacation apartment is ordered and confirmed. 2. The conclusion of the guest admission contract obligates the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of its duration. 3. The landlord is obliged to compensate the guest if the apartment is not provided. 4. The guest is obligated to pay the agreed or customary price for not utilizing the contractual services, minus the expenses saved by the landlord. Experience shows that savings amount to 20% of the accommodation price for overnight stays. 5. The landlord is obliged, in good faith, to attempt to re-let unutilized apartments to avoid losses. Until re-letting, the guest is responsible for paying the amount calculated according to clause 4 for the duration of the contract. 6. Apartment prices include the use of rented and public facilities of the accommodation business. Service charges and VAT are included, provided there is a VAT liability. Cancellations should be made early in writing via email, post, or fax to allow for re-leasing. The rental unit (vacation apartment/garden) may only be used by the number of persons confirmed in the rental agreement (day/night). Persons not previously registered must be reported to us immediately before their stay or overnight stay. After our approval, we will charge 10 € per person per night for previously unregistered persons. The apartment will be available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Bed linen and towels Bed linen is provided for stays of 4 nights or more; guests should bring their own towels for the bathroom and kitchen. Tourist tax The tourist tax is calculated separately on-site. In Holiday Home 1 (Apartments A and B) in Esens, there is a tourist tax obligation.
