Experience an unforgettable vacation at our holiday home "Blauer Schwalbenstall" in Prerow on the Baltic Sea. Our spacious holiday home accommodates up to 10 guests on 180 square meters of living space and features 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with views of the natural landscape or relax after a day at the beach in our well-maintained garden. For barbecues, a BBQ grill is available for your use and you can conveniently park your vehicle in the existing parking space.

Our vacation home also offers a terrace that invites you to sunbathe and a cozy fireplace, which provides comforting warmth on cooler evenings. For wellness enthusiasts, a sauna is available where you can relax and recharge. The fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine offers everything you need to prepare your meals. A TV provides entertainment and a washing machine is also available. Thanks to Wi-Fi, you can stay connected even on vacation.

Long-term rentals are possible, and please note that this is a non-smoking accommodation.
