The outside of the flat is ideal for hot days where you can cool off in the shared swimming pool measuring 22m x 6m and with a depth of between 0.50m and 2m. The lawned area is perfect for sunbathing or relaxing after a day of sightseeing in the area. On the property there is a porch with large windows where you can have breakfast in the morning or extend your evenings with your companions while enjoying the tranquillity of the area.

It is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. The interior is fully equipped with a living room open to the lounge with Smart TV and air conditioning. The ceramic hob kitchen has all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking and there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For sleeping, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and the other with two single beds, both with wardrobe and fan. A bathroom with bathtub completes your stay. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and highchair.

This wonderful flat is located in the quiet area of San Pedro de Alcántara, just 20 minutes from Marbella. It offers a quieter and more authentic atmosphere, ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of tourism while enjoying all the facilities. Ideal for wandering around its cobbled streets, adorned with colourful potted flowers. Just a 10 minute drive will take you to the beach with its numerous beach bars and restaurants along the promenade offering local culinary delights from fresh fish to traditional tapas. And for nature lovers the nearby Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park offers an opportunity to explore spectacular scenery and outdoor activities such as hiking and bird watching.

The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 20 September from 09:00h to 21:00h. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 1 cars. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice. Compared to other places nearby, this one felt peaceful yet still close enough to shops. It provided exactly what I needed without any fuss or distractions.

Appreciated that the TV remote actually had batteries and worked right away. The kitchen had everything for cooking, and both bathrooms were clean with bathtubs which felt like a plus.
