Description

A beautiful view of the city of Pula opens up from our brand new Villa Sabina. The furnishings of the villa meet the highest luxury standards, with attention paid to every detail in design and functionality.

The villa features 4 spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and 4 elegant bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen that is connected to the open living area and offers direct access to the outdoor area. For sporty guests, a fitness room, table tennis, and badminton are available.

On the ground floor there are the kitchen, the open living room, a bathroom, and the fitness room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom and shared access to the spacious terrace, while the bathroom for the third bedroom is located in the hallway. On the second floor is the very large master bedroom with its own bathroom and access to the beautiful rooftop terrace with a breathtaking view of the city of Pula.

The entire accommodation is air-conditioned, and each bedroom is equipped with a television.

The beautifully maintained outdoor area offers a refreshing pool, exclusive seating, loungers, sun umbrellas, an electric grill, and a covered dining terrace. The villa is fully fenced and offers four private parking spaces on the property.
