Description

Welcome to our vacation apartment 1 in beautiful Middelhagen. The Landhaus Mönchgut, in which the apartment is located, is very idyllically and quietly situated directly on the dyke in Middelhagen. Right here begin the extensive cycling and hiking trails into the beautiful Mönchgut region and to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach.

With a generous living space of 70 square meters, this apartment accommodates up to 4 people. It has two cozy bedrooms where you can relax after a day full of explorations. The box spring beds are equipped with high-quality linens to ensure you a restful sleep. Naturally, the bedrooms are equipped with blackout options and mosquito protection, so you can enjoy your sleep without annoying visitors. The well-thought-out color scheme with warm colors and coordinated furniture gives the apartment its special charm. In the combined living and dining area, you can make yourself comfortable on the huge sofa landscape while reading, watching TV, or in front of the fireplace, or let your cooking pleasure run free in the fully equipped kitchen with high-quality Siemens brand appliances. The large wooden table with comfortable swinging chairs lets you quickly forget the everyday stress during meals together and offers you a view of the beautiful garden.

The apartment has a bathroom, which was completely renovated in 2024 and equipped with modern fixtures and a wellness shower with a beach flair.

For families with small children, we are happy to provide a crib and a high chair. The apartment has Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected to the outside world at all times.

In the outdoor area of the apartment, there is a south-facing terrace with garden furniture that invites you to relax. The garden is an ideal place to enjoy the fresh air and observe nature. A parking space is available for your vehicle.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Long-term rentals are possible. We look forward to your visit to our holiday apartment in the beautiful Mönchgut country house.

In Middelhagen, the extensive cycling and hiking trails begin into the beautiful Mönchgut countryside. Experience the untouched nature on foot or cycle relaxed over the dike to the approximately 2 km distant kilometer-long fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. Hike up the nearby Schafberg or through the Zickerschen Alps and enjoy the magnificent panoramic view over the Hagensche Wiek. Let yourself be enchanted by the pristine nature in every season.

Top Ferienwohnung

Wir haben hier schon mehrfach Urlaub verbracht. Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön und sauber. Eine herrliche Ruhe und blick auf den Bodden. Vermieter sind super. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher.

Overall, there was nothing to complain about and nothing was missing. Various glasses will definitely be "retrofitted" shortly. Nevertheless, we have a few suggestions for improvement at this point: We found the bike racks for bicycles/e-bikes unsuitable for easily and securely locking them. More stable bike racks and a way to charge the batteries without removing them would be nice. In the apartment itself, a reading lamp in the couch corner or a reading spot in the beautiful spacious bedroom would contribute to even more coziness.
We can definitely recommend the apartment in Landhaus Mönchgut for Baltic Sea lovers and nature enthusiasts.

Vielen Dank auch für Ihre konstruktiven Anmerkungen. Ihre Hinweise zu den Fahrradständern, den Lademöglichkeiten für E-Bike-Akkus sowie zur zusätzlichen Lesebeleuchtung nehmen wir gerne auf. The apartment is well furnished. Everything is fine so far. However, we missed wine glasses and unfortunately there were too few towels. It would be nice to have a closed bicycle storage area.

Spontaneous Vacation

On a spontaneous search for accommodation in Rügen, we came across the Landhaus Mönchgut and were lucky that there was still something available. The booking and processing went smoothly, even though it was very short notice. Thank you again for that. The country house is somewhat away from the tourist hustle and bustle, which we appreciated very much, as everything is very close together. The apartment has everything needed for a stay (even for longer periods). The bathroom and the kitchen are very modern and comfortable. There is a parking space for cars and, as far as I could see, also for bicycles. There are many restaurants and smokehouses in the area, including great restaurants. The beach is easily accessible by car and also by bike. We were very satisfied and would definitely check in at Landhaus Mönchgut again next time. The island and the Mönchgut area are just right for those seeking relaxation. We will definitely come back. Thank you for everything.
