On January 27, 2026, I properly canceled the vacation apartment with Belvilla. After inquiring why I wanted to cancel, I also wrote down the reason. That I should receive my paid amount back without cancellation fees. Belvilla said they were not responsible, even though I received everything from Belvilla. They sent me a different address. None of the connected providers to whom I was always forwarded, I received 5 different email addresses, either got back to me after 2 days via email or the addresses did not exist. The owners of the vacation apartment knew nothing. All my attempts to make contact somehow failed. Unfortunately, it seems that no one wants or can refund my money, as no one knows anything about anyone. Even the ignorance of continuing to send me emails about arrival and experiences is mockery. I would like to ask them again to refund the booking amount to me. In any case, I will not make any more bookings with the following providers: Belvilla, Ferien-domizil, booking@hometogo.de and. .
