Beautiful penthouse apartment by the old river

Thank you for this great week in this beautiful apartment.
A lovely old floor, plenty of extra storage space in the attic, and beautiful decor.
My two boys (3 & 6) and I felt very comfortable. (Surprisingly, there was a lot of toys in the cupboard in the living room.)
The furnishings are as described, and the lack of Wi-Fi was actually quite relaxing.
I cannot agree with older reviews regarding dirt and defects! Everything was clean, lovingly arranged. Blackout curtains and even dishes for children were particularly practical! Mrs. Heene was quickly reachable and the service was super fast and reliable (we needed new bed linen once => no nuggets to buy at the lighthouse! ;-). In the morning the call, in the afternoon fresh covers were ready. Top!

Traveling by train is recommended. One can reach the teapot and the apartment with a normal car even during the bollard closure times (driveway of the hotel at the lighthouse), but may only unload, and ALL parking options on the streets are either for residents with a parking permit or for a maximum of 2-3 hours with a parking ticket. We used one of the parking garages. It worked very well!

The location is fantastic. This apartment is a stroke of luck!

Lage gut, aber.....

Vorweg, die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal.
Wir waren zum wiederholtem Mal in dieser Wohnung als Gast.
Zur Ankunft stand die Wohnungstür weit offen, damit de anwesende Handwerker die Toilette nutzen konnte.
Im Vorraum erwartete uns ein Alt-Wäscheberg, Unrat.
Die Mülleimer waren nicht geleert.
Die Sauberkeit enttäuchte durch herabhängende Spinnweben.
Am Abend mussten wir feststellen, das die Betten zwar gemacht, aber keinesfalls frisch bezogen waren.
Nach der Kontaktierung des Verwalters wurde uns neue Bettwäsche am nächsten Tag zugesagt.
Wir kannten die Wohnung von den letzten Besuchen in weitaus besserem Zustand. Die Einrichtung ist modern, jedoch in die Jahre gekommen.
Der Verwalter sprach uns eine Entschädigung zu, nach unserer Abreise allerdings wurde seine Erreichbarkeit schwer, der Ton härter und letztendlich ein weiterer Kontakt und Buchungsanfrage untersagt.
Schade um das eigentlich kleine "Juwel", aber wenn die Sauberkeit und Hygiene nicht mehr stimmt, dann hilft kein Ausblick etc.
