The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the sea. The following are available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, garden furniture and a porch swing.

Opatija. The landlord lives in the house. Access is via a side road. Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, central heating. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), books, DVDs or music for children, iron and washing machine. Television reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Protective masks and hand sanitiser. Regional health guidelines are observed.

Living room with 2 extra beds on couch/sofa, seating area, TV, air conditioning, radio, dining area and safe. Bedroom (16 sq m) with 1 double bed and TV. Bedroom (20 sq m) with 1 double bed, TV and access to the balcony. 2 bathrooms each with shower and WC.
