The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house built in 2000, was renovated in 2024, and is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, on the edge of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view of the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. For shared use: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Opatija, 70 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm enclosed plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence, a hedce and a wall. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday apartment KVA OPA 390 (6 persons) is located in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport and on the property and on the street in front of the house.

All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-April to mid-October, with views of the surroundings, heatable, 7 m x 3.5 m, 1.5 m deep). Pool towels are provided.
