Description

Welcome to our vacation apartment 1 in beautiful Middelhagen. The Landhaus Mönchgut, in which the apartment is located, is very idyllically and quietly situated directly on the dyke in Middelhagen. Right here begin the extensive cycling and hiking trails into the beautiful Mönchgut region and to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach.

With a generous living space of 70 square meters, this apartment accommodates up to 4 people. It has two cozy bedrooms where you can relax after a day full of explorations. The box spring beds are equipped with high-quality linens to ensure you a restful sleep. Naturally, the bedrooms are equipped with blackout options and mosquito protection, so you can enjoy your sleep without annoying visitors. The well-thought-out color scheme with warm colors and coordinated furniture gives the apartment its special charm. In the combined living and dining area, you can make yourself comfortable on the huge sofa landscape while reading, watching TV, or in front of the fireplace, or let your cooking pleasure run free in the fully equipped kitchen with high-quality Siemens brand appliances. The large wooden table with comfortable swinging chairs lets you quickly forget the everyday stress during meals together and offers you a view of the beautiful garden.

The apartment has a bathroom, which was completely renovated in 2024 and equipped with modern fixtures and a wellness shower with a beach flair.

For families with small children, we are happy to provide a crib and a high chair. The apartment has Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected to the outside world at all times.

In the outdoor area of the apartment, there is a south-facing terrace with garden furniture that invites you to relax. The garden is an ideal place to enjoy the fresh air and observe nature. A parking space is available for your vehicle.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Long-term rentals are possible. We look forward to your visit to our holiday apartment in the beautiful Mönchgut country house.

Beautiful holiday apartment

We, as a family of four, spent a week in the holiday apartment 1 and are very satisfied with the accommodation. It is centrally located in the small village center and has its own terrace and access to the spacious garden with a huge play tower, ideal for families. The communication and handling with the landlord couple was straightforward and very friendly. The apartment and its amenities left nothing to be desired. We were very happy with the choice of accommodation and are happy to recommend you further.

Equipment: there could be more glasses, and the pans need to be replaced. Everything burns in them. A washing machine would be great. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Cleanliness: it wasn't thoroughly cleaned, as there were spots that are never cleaned. For example, we vacuumed up some shards under the couch, which is dangerous with two very small children.

Service: hard to assess since we weren't in a hotel. So actually, we didn't lack anything. We definitely had a very nice time in our holiday home and were very satisfied with the choice!

Cozy, spaciously designed living room, very well-equipped kitchen
Modern shower room with plenty of storage space and towel holders
Comfortable, cozy bed in the master bedroom, bed with 1.40m in the second bedroom too narrow for older children (better two single beds)
Large garden with play equipment and seating options for families
A washing machine that all holiday guests could use would be desirable
Cleanliness left something to be desired (floors not mopped, many cobwebs, partially not well-cleaned dishes)

We felt very comfortable here for two weeks.
