The administration costs and 90% of the rent if cancelled within one month before the start of the rental period. 4. The administration costs and 100% of the rent if cancelled on the day of arrival. The cancellation must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the landlord at: info@dehaerde.nl (Jansen Verhuurcentrale).
