The villa is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is located in a holiday home estate on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet, sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Valentići. The villa is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bounded by a fence and a hedge. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early November). The pool is 52m2 in size.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years old.
