Description
The house is located in a central, quiet edge-of-town location in Roßdorf and is characterized by its lovingly selected interior.
Since the house is also used by the owners themselves, the character of the furnishings is correspondingly personal.
The kitchen, living, and dining areas are designed openly and have access to the sunny balcony with a view of the greenery. This can be shaded with an awning. All rooms have natural light, and the house is allergy-friendly due to its wood and tile floors.
There is ample closet space available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub, and there is also an additional guest toilet.
In the study, in addition to the desk, there is a comfortable sofa bed.
As the living space is spread over 3 floors, the house is not suitable for toddlers and wheelchair users. Bicycles can be stored in the ground-level basement, 2 parking spots are available free of charge.
Washing machine and dryer can be used by guests for a fee.

Simply beautiful! Happy to recommend!
For the 2nd time, we rented the beautiful holiday home.
It is furnished with great attention to detail, and we felt just as comfortable as during our first visit.
We were also very kindly welcomed by the landlords this time.
We lacked nothing; everything is very well maintained, and the cleanliness is unbeatable. The mattresses are great, new, and not sagging.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
We could spend the evenings on the cozy balcony. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance.
We explored the area on foot and by bike; a large bike cellar is available. The beautiful outdoor pool, just around the corner, is highly recommended. We would love to come back.

Comfortable accommodation
A generous, beautifully furnished holiday apartment with loving details.
Simply a place to feel good.
The apartment over 3 floors with a large balcony is very clean and really lacks nothing throughout.
We were warmly welcomed by the landlords and provided with good tips.
The ground-level basement room is very practical for storing bicycles.
The price-performance ratio is very good. We spent a very relaxing week cycling and would love to come back!

Everything is great!
The house is beautifully furnished, very clean, and situated in a quiet area. We were able to explore the Rhine-Main region wonderfully while still finding peace. The hosts are very helpful and really nice.
