Beautiful 3 1/2 room flat with wooden parquet flooring and large covered balcony (incl. garden furniture) in the Bergstrasse holiday region. Quiet central location, 5 minutes walk to the forest, swimming pool and bathing lakes nearby. Only a few minutes to the A5 motorway. By car 30 - 40 min to Heidelberg, Mannheim, Frankfurt, Mainz or Wiesbaden. All necessary shopping facilities within walking distance. Train connection, tram to Darmstadt and bus connections in the village. Free parking in front of the house. Please note that the 3rd bedroom is also the living area and the sleeping possibility is not a bed but a sofa bed.
I can provide you with my washing machine on request. Costs: 6,00 € per wash.

Outdoor pool in the neighbouring village, bathing lakes too. By tram to Darmstadt to the Mathildenhöhe World Heritage Site or by train or car to Heidelberg, Mannheim, Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Mainz (each approx. 40 to 50 km away).
