Detached Frisian house on a separate plot with a south-facing terrace and three bedrooms. A lockable storage room for e.g. bicycles is available. All large windows have shutters.

The sandy beach, the port for trips to Baltrum, and the Nessmersiel Sturmfrei Family Center with a wellness oasis and sauna landscape, as well as restaurants and a grocery store, are within walking distance. Ground floor:
Open living and dining area with a cozy couch set and large flat-screen TV, dining set with chairs; fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, four-plate electric stove with oven, and all necessary electrical appliances.
From here, access to the south-facing terrace.
Bedroom with single bed and desk.
Daylight bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine.

Upper floor:
Two bedrooms each with double beds.
Guest WC. External lockable storage room.

If you do not want to bring your own bed linen and towels, you can rent them from us.

The holiday home is located in the modern holiday home settlement behind the dike at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The beach and port as well as the leisure center Sturmfrei with sauna and wellness center can be comfortably reached on foot.

Neßmersiel is also referred to as the Mecca for mudflat hikers and is a state-recognized coastal resort that belongs to the Herrlichkeit Dornum. Here, one can find peace and relaxation away from the usual tourist hustle.

There is a boat renting facility about 25 km away, making the discovery of the backwaters a unique adventure. Even culinary enthusiasts will find exquisite restaurants nearby. 000 m² large bathing beach with beach chairs and playground equipment.
