Location and surroundings of object
Ennepetal, the city of Kluterthöhle, is a charming city in the southern Ennepe-Ruhr district in NRW. We border on the Sauerland and Bergische Land and are only about 30 to 40 minutes by car from the Ruhr area and about 1 hour from Cologne or Düsseldorf. It is only 15 km to Hagen or Wuppertal with the famous suspension railway. Our apartment is located in the rural and quiet district Rüggeberg. The city center and train station are about 5 km away. A bus stop is about 800 m from our house. 200 meters away.
You can find us located in a small access road in the back area.
Ennepetal has a beautiful natural swimming pool with an indoor pool and sauna, the Hülsenbecker Tal recreation area with some animal enclosures, and 2 miniature golf courses on site. There are many beautiful hiking trails and various reservoirs in our area. The Heilenbecke Reservoir is within walking distance. The other reservoirs: Ennepe Reservoir, Haspe Reservoir, Bever Reservoir, Glör Reservoir are not far away.

Super!!!
The holiday apartment of the Möllmann family is very clean and equipped with everything. There is much more than one would expect and need. For example, a filled fruit bowl upon arrival. No wishes are left unfulfilled. They really thought of everything. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained even at this time of year. It was a very nice vacation, and we will definitely come back.

Dear Guests, In 2023, we transformed our long-term leased granny flat into a small oasis of peace and relaxation just for you. After a complete renovation, it has become a comfortable vacation apartment furnished with great attention to detail. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you as guests. Located in the triangle between the southern Ruhr area, Sauerland, and Bergisches Land, you benefit from the sunny location in the beautiful hilltop village of Rüggeberg, a district of Ennepetal. The city center and train station are only about 5 km away. Since our apartment is situated in the back area of a small access road, it is in a quiet location. The apartment is equipped to be allergen-friendly (hence no pets allowed) and is suitable for 1 to 2 people, hikers, cyclists, relatives of patients at the Königsfeld spa clinic, patients at the Kluterthöhle healing cave, or simply to relax. Craftsmen are warmly welcome. Smokers are also welcome. You are welcome to smoke in the outdoor area, an ashtray is available. The apartment includes its own carport right by the front door and the aforementioned rooms, as well as two storage rooms. The storage room within the apartment contains in addition to a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, drying rack, clothespins also many other useful items such as sewing utensils, shoe polish, first aid kit, etc. In the external storage room, you will find cushions for your garden furniture, barbecue utensils, charcoal, and fire starters.
