Discover our charming holiday home Fewo 11.2 in Graal-Müritz on the Baltic Sea. With 113 square meters of living space on two levels, this accommodation on the 1st upper/attic floor offers ample space for up to 6 guests. With three cozy bedrooms, equipped with comfortable beds, and two bathrooms, it is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.

This maisonette apartment is located in a beautifully quiet location, only about 100m away from the beach in Graal-Müritz and has two floors. It is comfortably furnished and has everything that will make your perfect relaxation holiday possible.
The facilities include three bedrooms, an open kitchen, two bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, and two bicycles (size 28"). You will find a parking space belonging to the holiday apartment right next to the house. The stairs are equipped with child protection.
In the apartment, you have access to free Wi-Fi, ample consumables such as dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, and, from October to April, a starter pack of firewood.
The prices listed are for occupancy by a maximum of 6 people. We ask that you please bring your own bed linen and towels. This is a non-smoking apartment, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
Check-in is from 2 PM. The bicycles are not part of the booking confirmation, but they are available and can also be used. Both bicycles are located in the bike shed right next to the vacation apartment, in space 1/2 right (hanging).
The centerpiece of the house is the spacious living room with a cozy fireplace that provides warmth and comfort on cooler days. The living space is furnished with high-quality wooden furniture, a comfortable sofa, and a television. Large windows provide plenty of daylight and offer a beautiful view of the surroundings.
The fully equipped kitchen with modern kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker, provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The adjacent dining area with a wooden table and comfortable chairs invites you to dine and linger together. In addition, a washing machine is available, which is especially practical for longer stays. Please note that this is a non-smoking accommodation.
The entire interior is designed in warm wood tones and exudes a cozy atmosphere. The attention to detail is visible in the stylish interior design and the decorative elements.

Top Lage, gute Ausstattung - wir kommen gerne wieder
Schöne Ferienwohnung, die sich über 2 Etagen erstreckt. Bis zum Strand sind es wirklich nur 2-3 Gehminuten. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhige strandnah Lage.
Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, einzig die Spülmaschine reinigt mangelhaft.
3 angemessen große Schlafzimmer, auch für 6 Erwachsene.
Genügend Stauraum.
